it's pretty simple, forget about the sellers, they've averaged approx 175 per parcel today and has been this way for most of the past month, the story here in lies there is/are no big buyers. almost everyone with a key stake in this is loaded up to the hilt and we won't see this going anywhere now until the key part to this story evolves, that being JV or takeover.
the rest is all academic.
