Stop blaming management for what the stock exchange brings them. They are working hard for you and cant help what traders bring them.
I know they are working hard and I know there have been sellers. Its the sellers that have produced this price for you. The stock couldnt possibly keep going the way it was. Maybe it is time you let your stock go and leave some profit for others.
Find something positive to talk about, if you talk negative you feel negative. I keep positive and have the greatest respect for the people that will work hard to bring this resource to fruition
