There are many reasons why this CR has been handled badly.
The Sp has been sitting at circa thirty cents and trying to go higher on the expectation of approvals. Twenty one cents is far too low and it smacks of last minute pressure. I could go on and on about them but can't be bothered wasting my effort. Mitigation processes are not left to the last minute efforts like this in a company with its act together.
Lost faith in management. Far too reactive.
