What amazes me the most about the NHC breakout (currently in progress) is how predictable it has been. So much so, that this is the only reason I haven't put the house on it, i.e. it was just so obvious that perhaps I'm missing something? I've even been keeping some dry powder, for just in case we take a swoon when the much awaited takeover gets announced. Anyway, new 52 week high, looks like we are chugging away up again, toot toot! Just imagine what ythe sp will do when we finally get New Acland extension approval, even if only in a few years, we sure have plenty cash to play the long game.
