True, but things can change. For example, if the world is heading into a new cold war - the west against the rest - then the powers that be might be inclined to allow more uranium mining in Australia.
Our government will do whatever it's told to do. My guess is we'll wake up one morning to the news that all restrictions on uranium mining in Australia have been lifted.
