    I see it as PDN having some sovereign risk (minor imo given the history of the operation), where BOE has start up and extraction risk (its known as a tricky deposit). Combine that with recent director selling I want a very good entry to cushion some of that BOE risk.
    Plus PDN will be at nameplate far faster and can take advantage of current spot prices sooner.

    If we hold these levels over the next week or so, ill dip a toe in if it looks technically supportive. If we lose this current level, ill be looking around the 3.30/20 area
