I very nearly pulled the trigger at $12. The only thing that stopped me was I have some puts with a $13.50 strike that expire in a week or so. I'll see how it looks in a couple of weeks and if i just take the assignment but I suspect I will roll down and out with them to August, and keep doing so until downside momentum in the sector stabilises a bit.
I think $12 is a good price. But will pull trigger at $11 irrespective of what puts I have open.
