you really seem to have an us against them mentality reading that post. Most employers value their employees and well reward those who work hard, there are bad eggs which is why unions are important, and imo Workchoices pushes the pendulum too far towards bosses...but the post about sneaky employees socialising with their bosses??? Class warfare should be a thing of the distant past.
