That doesn't compute.

The Cole Royal Commission was Tony Abbotts witch hunt into unions. It had the funding, it had the motivation and clearly defined goals i.e. Tony wanted heads.

My proposition is this, crime and fraud in unions is no more or less rampant than in any other part of society.

It's because unions are affiliated with the ALP they are a popular target of the conservatives. You don't hear much about them chasing the big end of town.
