Thank you for posting the 2020 enterprize agreement.
Maintainance trades person on day shift currently is on $138,131
Even the tradie's assistant is on $111,156
A tradesperson on rotating shifts is on $148,545.
Grange recently offered a 5% increase, which was knocked back by the union who want >10% increase.
