casual is fine for people who have skills and are in demand because they will usually be paid appropriately for their work.

the posters here who are against it are probably in roles that are easy to fill.

those with the skills will not work for less or be stood over by employers because they can walk out the door and find another job.

but any employer regardless of whether its casual or not should still be not be taking the pi55 and taking advantage.
