Workers need bosses/business, business do not need workers.
Any contract has to be between willing participants
When individual greed comes to the fore, workers have no work but bosses just close the business or go overseas.
IT has been obvious that the disgruntled union leaders over the last 50 years have wrecked the work base in Australia, they have rarely worked in the best interests of the workers
So the union system in Australia needs to be replaced, I do believe that workers have to be represented as the majority can not represent themselves, but in general under the present system they are taken advantage of by their own leaders and due to those actions by business as well
Unionism MUST be a cooperative effort not a combative one, after all the aim is to improve the business which improves the lifestyle of the workers.
