    My small business had 20 staff I never had any trouble with the union as my staff were paid well and treated with respect. It was not easy work or future rewarding. I told all of my staff that they wouldn't be here if they were not needed and made the point that they are important to the business without them I couldn't survive as I couldn't do all the work myself.

    All depends on how you feel towards your staff, fellow worker. Resent the fact you have to pay them, this shows up easy for workers to see/feel. or acknowledge that you need em and if you can't pay them correctly realise your business plan is flawed.
