I heard the staff from Neptune and other survey companies recently entered into discussions with the MUA. They are assembling a serious list of claims.
The MUA has suggested they could squeeze a 60% pay rise from their employers over the next 3 years
I have seen the correspondence from the MUA to the staff.
If the MUA sign up all the field staff, the nature of the business will change. I am unsure if it is for the better or worse. It depends where you stand.
What I really do not understand is why Neptune directors have not informed the market. I would have thought this is price sensitive information.
