Why are you running scared of the MUA? IF they end up negotiating an agreement the final outcome will not be anything resembling the log of claims!
You should have more sympathy for the people the MUA are trying to entice to become members. I know of one contractor in the NW whos employees got talked into joining the MUA, the company lost the contract and the employees are now out of work.
The MUA has had a serious drop in membership over the past years and they will take anyone to increase their numbers, not always for the right reasons. All that said the MUA is only a union and once you get over all the bull---t they do some good for some people.
Dont let their reputation make you frightened, thats what they want.
