    Yes, That is what unions do. it is called enterprise bargaining. My point is that it causes change, and change is uncertainty. As a listed company, the Neptune board are obliged to keep the market fully informed. They have failed to do this on many occasions, and this is yet another one.

    Unfortunately, little has changed at Neptune.
