It does seem to be getting worse here on HC, where some have a total disconnect from reality.
As for example this thread, I find it hard to believe that some here really believe what they post, I'm sure they know it is BS, but post it because it fits their truthiness. How can there be any other sane or logical explanation for posting something that can't even pass a very basic logic test.
Unfortunately this type of thing just stifles any progress in debating and discussing issues and events.
