    I can see the problem with this BH, but unfortunately you are also wrong in saying that shareholders have control when in fact they have little or no say over executive remuneration.
    Boards also set their own level of remuneration for directors (ie themselves) and often rip off shareholders.
    Again small shareholders can do nothing about this except sell their shares and go lol. This is one of the failings of capitalism...it allows individual greed to rule.

    I don't know what the answer is but I hope something can be done about the imbalances which have been growing.
