I would say the boss is prepared to pay a tad extra to get the union out and the next eba without the union is where he will reap his reward.
Im a strong believer in union, you people who say good workers will be rewarded are niave to how some companies operate, they can be just as bloodthirsty and thuggish as any union ever was..
