Vistica I see your point but the part about the union becoming the boss is a little too far, workers do want jobs whether union or non union I have only heard politicians doing the bleating, all I've heard from the employees is that's the way it is and accept it.
I hope employees don't take over the local brickworks and make it into a non viable business.
Your last paragraph is the one I wholeheartedly agree with.
