I agree there must be one seller affecting the price movement. However if it was KSL itself, then they would be obliged to report the change in holding (I presume directors holding would be involved).
I've done some little research what other broker companies think about the current SP. Most of them were indicating the current SP to undervalued:
- Morningstar - undervalued, SP value at $1.366
- Thomson Reuters - positive
- Institutional Brokers Estimates System - buy with 12months target $1.7
- Morgan Financial - undervalued SP value $1.78
Only Trading Central which is technical short term valuation predictions were:
for the week starting on 13 Feb - bearish with resistance at $1.39
for two weeks also starting same date - neutral
