It's official. Selling from UQ is over. Heard it from a good source:
Uniquest selling is done, purely a cash grab given they have the same number of performance shares coming out of escrow when we hit >$20million revenue. Uni needed the money, the relationship between Uniquest and ResApp remains strong.
Wasn't exactly a discrete way of selling; certainly very foolish if they wanted to maximise their profits, but could have been a stroke of genius if UQ (or their friendly agent/broker) didn't care so much about UQ and instead old their friends and family to wait at the bottom around 25 cents while they smashed the share price and rattled everyone.
But hey, if they did it slowly, we would have had some posters harping on for weeks like a pork chop; suggesting every down day was uniquest.
I tell my kids: it hurts less to tear the band-aid off real fast. Hopefully blue sky ahead soon!
So it is over!!
And we move forward with a smile and whistle and stop whinging.
Cheers

Cheers @ClownTrader - its forecasting that UniQuest must have considerable confidence in ResApp/Management commercialising the tech to hit that $20m revenue target and convert all their performance shares...and at a significant premium to today's SP.
