And a drug pipeline for the merger with Albo...
Guessing both sentences should be read by themselves.

My concern is what is this settlement going to cost UNIS?

On the flip side maybe it's saying Ryan is clearing this out the way before we move forward.
Someone very wise said to me today maybe they want this out the way before they make any major announcements... Better to let someone suing you think you don't have much money then after they shake your hand you can announce you won the lotto...
