I knew you weren't CGT. A sophisticated investor is one that has assets of greater than $2.5m. Your original post suggested that you believed being a sophisticated investors was a sign of intelligence/good judgement. Not even the most arrogant sophisticated investors would think this. If you have about 250 thousand shares, you should find out what I mean next year ;)
