If the deal doesn't go through then they may not keep the lights on. I can't see them going to market being able to raise sufficient cash to see them through to production. Either Amgen does a deal or if that falls over, another Pharma steps up but the terms will be less favourable than what Amgen are proposing or they fold. That's my take on it.
