I want to see AS shifted to the side in an advisory role. He's too valuable to let go. We then need a new CEO with the business experience to commercial the work to date and engage with the investment community. There could be a need for additional capital in the next 6-12 months. I'd suggest it would be highly advantageous to have provided clarity on business progress over that time so as to provide incentive for the capital injection.

We shouldn't underestimate the value of the unfolding management review.
