But I would expect the initial offer to be 45-50c from our current predicament. Then maybe going up to 75c.

The cornerstone stake is the best outcome IMO as we get a cash injection, a price which the investor values the company so hopefully a floor on the SP, stock locked up in the hands of a long-time holder we hope rather than the shorters and shared upside if the stock price appreciates.

If we get a cornerstone investor, then I think we will see $1 again. But if we it is a full takeover, probably not.
