    Has anyone tried asking for a pricing list from Unison and COncerto etc? Well the new projects?

    I've been getting pricing lists for Linq and monitoring sales. What is the usual turn around time for apartments? I would have thought in good times they were sold to a decent extent within the first month or so? Whereas Linq has started to slow.. Only the one bedrooms on the FItzgerald side seem to have sold out in the first week and abit, but everything else is stagnant, including the 1 bedrooms on the James Street side.

    Be curious or good if someone could get regular updates on Unison, Concerto, Motive etc in terms of a pricing list, to see what's sold?

    Given I don't normally show interest in apartment purchases (linq being first) I have less experience from boom times as to how fast pre sales clocked up. So if someone could put some perspective in that'd be great?

    P.S. thought price wise we had bottomed and were due for some basing before going back up, especialyl when we neared to $1.50 the other day, but abit uncertain now given we've been falling the last one or two trading sessions (apart from today). Might be a little dead cat bounce in the overall trend down.. still tossing up investing more to build up future passive income streams...
