Linq, and now some other new ventures in east perth etc. looking to be undertaken by Finbar. I wonder if there is enough steam to be releasing all these in this next year, even though they won't be completed until FY 16, FY 17 etc. surely these may struggle to attract investor attention?
It isn't so much the delivery time that worries me but whether they can find the sales to underpin these, or even if these will settle in a yr or two.
