Fairly sure concerto sold just under 40% *value* prior to sales opening to public. Im sure i read that somewhere. Demolition is probably 50%, so im guessing piling and earthworks to commence in the new year.
Norwood has commenced, already at upper basement level. Diploma next door were at 2nd Floor when earthworks commenced.. i will put bets on that norwood will be complete before them.
Also noted directors purchasing shares. Far from enough to boost market confidence if that was their intention. Pretty sure it made a negative effect that day too.. which makes sense.
Also, anyone know how their "Employee Incentive Plan" will work? Did i miss something?
