Just a thought, would it be possible for Bluegen to target unit blocks? For example if a unit block has 5 units and say using the Harvey Norman price, that a BlueGen would cost $40,000 ex GST and not installed, so at a guess $50,000 fully installed.
That equates to only $10,000 per unit, if each party was to agree to that cost they could effectively reduce all there electricity bills and save $$$ over the years. Plus increase the value of their properties when re-selling and be able to increased rents as the tenants would be the ones saving $$.
Or Bluegen could focus on new unit block developments and sell them in bulk at a discount which could in turn increase production numbers and reduce costs. So basically have contract sales deals with unit block developers around the world.
Any thoughts??
