Prices of units fall up to 60.000dollars in last two years ! While rents fall on average from 500$ p/w/ to 420$ and many unlet! 10000 !more units on plans for next two years , will imo result in complete meltdown! NO WONDER bank shares are tanking ! Who knows the exposure to this MASSIVE debt!
