No surprises in the accounts? Let us look at the statements put out by CMQ.

As late as June 05, the Chairman and CEO said in a newsletter : Currently we have a sales order of $1.5M. In a recent email to a shareholder who posted it on ss site CMQ said: We still have a $1.5 million CONDITIONAL order with an agent to major poultry producers in South Africa. The $1.5M order had been reported or referred to regularly in CMQ announcements up until the $1.4M sale contract was announced after which news on the $1.5M contract stopped completely. I failed to find the word CONDITIONAL in the description of the $1.5M contract all the CMQ announcements. I welcome anyone with better eyesight to show us if I have missed the word CONDITIONAL in those announcements. Let me take you back to the ASIC prosecution of the company progressing in the Federal Court – one of the charges concerned CMQ’s failure to disclose a sale contract to South Africa had a sunset clause CONDITION. Well, well, any parallel?

In the AGM, the CEO announced that a full container load of CMQ products HAD BEEN DELIVERED to South Africa. Brokers and reporters briefed by the company reported that the $1.4M contract to South Africa is UNCONDITIONAL and NOT FINANCED by CMQ, what does the accounts show? Sept $0 Oct $30K; Nov $0; Dec $0; Jan $10K. Try to work this one out – 1 FULL Container load DELIVERED and not financed by CMQ = $30K + $10K sales receipt to 31 January 06. Probably a container load of manure bird-manure brings in more sales receipt? IF Neo999 posting here “I heard that there is a posibility CMQ won't receive Inviro payment until 30-Jun” turns out correct, how will it reflect on the management's credibility?

To theJudge, how much CMQ sells the product for? CMQ wanted shareholders to believe a ton of the API can be sold for $1M which should raise the question – Why did the APMV approved 2TPA pilot plant together with MP1 at 55% nameplate capacity failed to fulfil the $1.5M sale contract signed in 2004?

Management had explained sales had been hampered by the lack of production capacity – an excuse or fact? The existing plant production capacity and stock in hand far exceed confirmed sales – what’s the story?

There you have it - another big sale contract out of South Africa? IF it comes, will it bring in sales receipt? Will not be financed by CMQ?
