I use the snip - because its an image the algorithm doesn't read it and delete the domain.
It's clear to people what they need to replace - especially now that HC is *********ing a whole lot of domains.
And you don't need to retype the whole thing - just type a segment in Google and it will come up.
Each to their own - just helpful to those trying to find a work around.
