Seems like a big government impost on bank profits, which of course means a big impost on peoples superannuation accounts / SMSFs and other self funded retirees.
If Labor proposed it, people would be howling!
(Katter’s idea of funnelling people’s super account balances into infrastructure projects is similarly bad and very big brother-ish)
