LOS ANGELES, Sept 9 (Reuters) - Cisco Systems Inc. said on Thursday it had agreed to buy network management services company NetSolve Inc. for $11 per share.
Shareholders of publicly held NetSolve, whose stock closed at $8.90 on Thursday, must approve the deal.
