Is it not tacitly understood that if there's a huge management dump then the conviction level gets severely reassessed? Does that really need to be mentioned?
In every single company that one invests in, there's an understanding of, 'if management abandons ship, I need to immediately reassess my position.'
If the view is that the company has multiple years growth ahead, then its a hold under all circumstances until something outside the range of probable outcomes occurs.
