STIRLING NORTH AMERICAN LAUNCH ADVICE

Australian healthcare company Stirling Products Limited (ASX:STI) advises that
following over six months of research and planning the Company is establishing a
Network Marketing subsidiary to undertake its product launch in North America.
The first products to be launched will be ImmunoXel, Cholonorm, Diabetin and
Allergon.
Following meetings at a Network Marketing Conference held in Orange County,
California last month which was attended by the Company’s Managing director and
two Stirling Products Canadian executives, the first of the marketing initiative
appointments are expected to be announced during the course of this month.
The current cover story of BRW in Australia (October 8-14) titled “Why Direct
Selling is Back” features an in depth overview of the $1.2 billion industry in
Australia. Globally, in 2007 the industry had 62.7 million sales consultants
responsible for annual revenue of US$114 Billion with corresponding numbers for
the US being 15 million sales consultants responsible for US$30.8 Billion in sales.
The Company regards the Network Marketing approach as offering the best
leverage for its unique botanical products as it can provide for a rapidly expanding
customer base built on referrals without the need to provide for a multi-million
advertising budget that would otherwise be required for a North American product
launch. The Company is conservatively targeting having a minimum of 2,500 sales
consultants retained within the first six months of operations in North America and
will then seek to expand its marketing network globally.
