Its a good idea, however people may be reluctant as they will lose their anonymity.

All it takes is for someone with more time on their hands to engage a commercial lawyer (and normally the first interview is free). The lawyer will then send out the correspondence to all shareholders.

Also, and contrary to one of my previous posts, if the ASIC receive hundreds/thousands of complaints, it is more likely they will act. It is reasonable to think that decisions that are being made are not in the best interests of the company - and that means in the best interest of all s'holders not just a few.

I suggest to all of you that you become familiar with the Corporations Act 2001, and in particular chapter 2D, 2E and 2F.
