    Chaps,
    it is my understanding that under a scheme of arrangement where shareholder approval is required, this approval requires a 50% yes by the number of shareholders plus a 75% vote of number of shares. So the title of this thread is very appropriate. If this has been already posted somewhere, then I have missed it.
