Central management hav clearly let the appriciation side of the business down, the market cap, the share price and inability to attain sophisticated onto their books. If the offer is reasonable, I suggest to take it and run.
A reasonable offer by Mac is $0.35. Sorry to be a wee sock but but but no pie in the sky $8 rubbish from me. Unfortunately most long term, long suffering share shoulder (bar me) will end up in the red at this T/O offer but this is and has been central since year 2012 after all.
