Correct. But that would be too easy, wouldn't it.?? And we wouldn't want to make it easy for anyone, would we.!!!

I do what you are doing when I vote and/or most of the time I nominate the Australian Shareholders Association as my proxy. At least I know, and I am also sure, that they may not have any wheelbarrow full of personal agenda to push and, most importantly, they will make use and allocate your selected voting, as you request.
And the money paid to join this Association is well worth spending IMHO too with what you get in return.
