The question is how many within this group of shareholders will accept the first offer due to frustration, requirement of funds etc?
Zijin has two options assuming a takeover is on the cards:
1. make a low ball offer hoping for a shake out
2. make an acceptable offer that will be widely accepted by the majority
A review of the Top 20-40 shareholders and option holders shows a high degree of stability and power. These holders will not buckle in my opinion and will hold fast.
Unless we all stand together and show a united front all our efforts and patience will not deliver the bounty that we are waiting for. My suggestion is that we do not cave in at any suggestion that NKP's assets are not worth what have been reported on past BFS's etc.
Zijin must understand that only an acceptable offer will be considered by the numerous long term holders. Do not get sucked in guys.
