I am not exactly sure what, "asking hard questions entails" or if it refers to you asking, but put yourself in their shoes. Emails are very time-consuming to handle and if you are not helping you are hindering. Constant negativity just becomes emotionally draining after a certain point.

If you want to assist or offer constructive ideas to target certain markets or develop the user interface, I am sure they would be more open, if it is inline with the strategy.

Currently I am in communication with Rakan, Idan and Boris the Product Manager providing feedback and user insights and me asking why the shareprice is at 1.3 cents is not going to help them get to where they want to be.

Anyone that has been blocked, should really be looking inward first and ask themselves why that might be.
