You are a class member if you are a person or entity who was a registered holder of units in the Fund in the period from 1 January 2007 to 15 October 2008 and who suffered loss and damage by reason of the respondents' conduct as pleaded in the Further Amended Statement of Claim filed 24 June 2013.

Somewhere, there is very important misunderstanding occurring, and it needs to be corrected by a
