Hi Seamisty,
after due consideration, the only way I could make sense of the current situation, is to accept
that the LATE REGISTRANT GROUP, are in fact legitimate applicants under the rules that
would qualify them, they just have failed to send back their Registration Papers.
Going with this premise, I rang JWS, to ask for a clarification of this point, to which they
informed me that this was correct, the Late Registrant Group are all entitled Class Action
members, who for reasonable circumstances, could not get their Registration Papers
returned by the original date. This group now have until the 24th.October 2014 to comply.

This clears up any possibility of attack from usurpers, as the rigid profile of the CA remains intact.
