It would be good news if there was some advancement on establishing governance in Ivory Coast, perhaps they will move forward.
Might be helping with todays SP ?
Even though Ivory Coast is a smaller part of PRU, there is no doubt in my mind, it is supressing the SP, inline with the EV.
Even more so (reduced premium) in the event of a takeover offer
