I think the whole Ivory Coast situation is priced into the current sp. On a slightly positive note the violence and trouble is located primarily around the capital Abidjan. PRU prospects are located in the far north west, a long way from the areas under dispute.
Spoke with a mate working in southern Mali yesterday and he advised that everything is operating as normal at the Mali/Ivory Coast border.
If we see some progress with the Ivory Coast situation will be reflected in the sp. But for the moment I think the value ascribed to Tengrela is very low.
