Yes I would anticipate a UBI would be at about the same rate as most current benefits and pensions.
As public debt no longer matters, or so governments now tell us, there is nothing actually preventing a UBI being introduced.
Just keep interest rates at or near zero, doesn't matter what you borrow or owe any more.
