60 million shares were traded on the 5th of January. Ten of millions traded between 13c and 17c. They are now raising money at 8c with free options included. The directors are taking $400,000 worth of stock subject to shareholder approval. Given the strong demand shown recently, one wonders why the enticement for free options was necessary. Cap rising price should have been higher in my opinion.
